RadHR’s library is a great place to find internal policy and process examples. The resources shared in the policy library and guides library come from community groups, activist collectives, workers co-ops and smaller non-profit organizations. There is also a community forum to discuss ideas, make requests and figure out internal issues with others.

About the contributor
RadHR is a community where groups and organizations can share their radical internal policies. We make visible the learning and collective processes that shaped those policies. Together, we’re exploring anti-oppressive, caring and equitable ways of organiziing.
RadHR includes:
- A library of policies and processes, created, adapted and shared by groups and organisations from across the RadHR Community.
- A community forum where people doing this kind of work can discuss ideas, make requests and figure out thorny internal issues together.
- A series of events where people doing this work can come together and share learning, frustrations, wins, challenges and solidarity.
- A blog of updates from the core team and stories from the community describing experiences of practicing different ways of working together.
- A set of guides to support groups creating their own anti-oppressive versions of a range of common policies, while highlighting the relevant UK legal issues that can come up in those policies.
- Finally, there is a core team who administer the website and forum and coordinate or facilitate the majority of the activities above, including leading on the strategic direction of the organization.
